God’s Elixir : Lemon Ginger Honey

This is the God’s Elixir.
It simply enhances life energy in every cell of the body.

A perfect mix of

  • Sweetness from honey
  • Warmness from ginger
  • Tanginess from Lemon

Ingredients

  • Ginger Sugar Slime                 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Powder                        1 pinch
  • Match stick cuts of Ginger    1 tbsp
  • Honey                                       2 tsbp
  • Lemon                                       1/2 Lemon (medium size)
  • Water                                        200 ml

Preparation

Preparing Ginger Sugar Slime

  • Crush 100 gm of Peeled Ginger and 70 gm of Sugar and 3 Lemons to make a slime
  • Store it in an air tight jar

Preparation of Ginger Lemon Honey Tea

  1. Heat the water in medium heat
  2. When water is brewing (91c to 96c), add 1 tbsp of Ginger Sugar Slime and 1 pinch of ginger powder
  3. Heat until water starts absorbing the flavors and ginger slime getting disintegrated
  4. In 1 transparent cup of 200 ml
    1. Add 2 tbsp of Honey
    2. Ginger Water
    3. 1/2 Lemon
    4. 1 tbsp of match stick cuts of ginger
  5. Serve it with a spoon to stir.
